How we handle the information you send us.
PGS Landscaping Inc. (“PGS,” “we”) operates https://www.pgslandscaping.com. This page explains what we collect when you request an estimate, apply for work, or unsubscribe from our notes.
What we collect
Name, email, phone, the service you asked about, and any message you write. Employment applications also include the fields on our paper form (address, work history, screening questions) plus an optional resume. If you enter a Social Security Number online, we store only the last four digits. We also store the page you came from and the time of the request. We do not sell this information.
How we use it
To reply to your inquiry, schedule a site visit, and — if you requested an estimate — to send a 12-month seasonal nurture sequence about irrigation, drainage, lawn care, and related services. You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time using the link in the footer of each message.
Who sees it
Staff who manage leads in our private admin inbox. Hosting and email providers process data only to deliver the site and messages. We do not share leads with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Lead records stay in our system so we can serve you if you call back. Unsubscribe requests are honored immediately for future nurture emails.
